It's a Canadian model. Looks nice although I would say "show quality" may be a stretch. Depends on the show I guess.

Doesn't say anything about the PTO winch. Probably has something to do with there is nothing except the winch on the front. No lever thru the floor. Blank cover where the PTO bolts to the transfer case. So they put it up there for show? Probably not that many 40 series had PTO post 10/82 in North America.
