Got some bad news.

I just talked to my dealership and they said they got the brake pads and the seals, but the bearings are on back order and won't make it here until monday. I guess I won't be redoing my axles this weekend, but I'll still try and make it if my other car lets me (died on me about midnight last night on I65, dead battery (new one in it now) and something is wrong with the alternator so it basically works when it wants to).

This week has not been good to me.

in a pinch advance carrys them in stock.at least they do here.at worst it would be a overnight order.call now and you can have them at 8 am:D

Are they OEM or does it not matter? Also, how much $$ and what would I do with the ones already ordered?

Maybe someone has some extras around and I could use those then mail them the ones I ordered whenever they arrive here.

They won't be OEM. OEM means origional equipment manufacurer. On bearings you can get the same as OEM from non-dealer but that is one of the few exceptions. Napa, Carquest or Motion Industries are your best bets for OEM bearings.

You will have to check with the dealer. They might be able to cancel your order. If you have already paid you might be able to get a refund.

Well I called the dealer to get a part number for the bearings and when they went to check, they found my bearings already delivered:bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

So I got all my parts and tools and I'll most likely show up late morning or noon saturday. Only thing I need is a slide hammer??(I think thats what its called) to make pulling the bearing and old seal easier.

Call Autozone to see if they have one in their tool-loan stash. That's where I borrowed mine, for a small deposit. The seal will come out with a seal puller or a small screwdriver.
