Anyone have their bib powder coated And can pass along approximate cost. I painted mine a while back and it’s already showing a little rust. I am trying to decide if I should get this one sand blasted and powdercoated or buy a new one from CCOT.

You could sandblast it then spray it with epoxy primer and then paint it. If sand blasted then epoxy primed I doubt it would rust. You can buy 2k epoxy primer in spray cans as well as the paint. Look online or buy from your local body parts, paint store.
I suspect a new one from CCOT would also need to be painted properly or powder coated
