Don't the DuraTracs have thin sidewalls?
Yes they are paper thin. That's why they are the best. I now have 1500 miles on mine.

I think the whole sidewall issue on the DT's is far overblown. Are there "beefier" sidwalled tires out there? Sure. But my 305's are an E-rated tire, and short of driving a trail lined with ginsu knives I'm not too concerned about sidewall strength. I've had no issues on any of the trails I've run so far.
Just put 4 new 295/75/16 Nitto TG's on the 100 today. New tires ride so nice...
