Hi!

I have 2lte engine on my Prado 78, and it comes with pretty laggy turbo CT20, I would love something to have faster spool.

I saw thread where someone used CT9, does anyone have experience with that?

Maybe Holset HE221 would be an option too?

I would love to hear real world experience with different turbos and how they would compare to factory CT20.

Yeah, I saw this post, I went trough it many times already, there is also someone made a post on using HE200 Holset turbo and had great results, but it seems that Holset is also not as responsive as I want it to be, it builds books at around 1900 rpm, and I would love to have it lower. CT9 according to post you sent earlier starts to build boost at 1200 which sounds great, but would like to get more info from someone…

This might be a little irrelevant to this thread but I am looking at turboing my 5L-E using a ct20 turbo. Besides exhaust manifold, oil drain and feeds, and an injector pump tune. What other parts do I need to get and can I get all of these parts off of a 2L-T?

td04l 13t spool almost immediately on my 3b
@Dougal, knows the poop on these as you may benefit from a smaller unit
