I have a draw somewhere but I don't know where. What is the best way to find to source? Would it be to use a test light on the negative post on the battery and start pulling fuses until the light goes out? I'm just trying to get the easiest way possible since it's still below zero outside. BTW it is a new battery.

I think what you want to do is pull the negative cable off of the battery and connect the test light inline between the cable and the post on the bat. Then start pulling fuses. A helper would probably speed things way up though, someone to watch the light.....
Yeah, though a multimeter is probably more helpful to see how much current is being pulled and to understand how much each circuit is pulling.
