Port Moody Radiator quoted me $700 to drop it off leaking and pick it up a day later dropped, blasted, resealed and reinstalled.. Anybody got a better suggestion or "a guy"? I've had a scary slow drip for several days now.
Also, I really need to get this beast out on some [wide] trails. LOL it's only done a few FSRs so far this year!
Thanks

My 55 tank did a trip to Leakers but they are now in Keromeos, sure wasn't one day turnaround!

Yes por 15 is pretty much the standard do it yourself kit. Have you asked ebi . I'm sure he has had a ton go through his shop over the years . A lot of times guys even retro fit in larger or plastic tanks for an upgrade. In the interm if you can find the crack and get to it rub a bar of soap back and forth it works for a while. I know the 80 series have a design flaw in some that the tank splits under continuous expansion and contraction .

Unfortunately, I'm mainly a 1:banana: kinda guy lately, so the POR-15 is a no-go. I only have a steep outdoor driveway to work on, and it's my only daily driver so it can't be out of service for days while I figure out what the heck I'm doing.
I'll give EBI and Gary a call.
Thanks guys.
