In almost eighteen years of having my cruiser, this was by far the best hardtop removal ever.

I love my new tractor.

what a cool way to do it!

that's one SAWEET tractor,

I wonder if it says someplace in the User's Manual:
"Great for removing your FJ40 hardtop"

:beer:Congrats!

Tractor

The tractor is probably the best money I have ever spent, or best payments I have ever made. I couldn't have gotten by without it for the last few months.

def. cool much better then the testicle ripping way i do it.
x2 Last Saturday, after a few beers ;) , I decided that my Sunday wheeling trip would be much better without the top. Well, with no buddy's available to lend a hand, I took the damn thing off by myself!! [don't ask how, it was a real MF'er].....too lazy to break it down, 1 piece! [did I mention there was beer involved  ] Tractor.......huh.

I've never used my tractor to remove the hardtop, but it is going to be my engine hoist for the new motor. Just hoping that I can finesse the hydraulics better with the motor than I do with the hay. Won't have any problem carrying the weight.

Ha! I recently bought a tranny/transfer combo from a guy at a horse ranch. He seemed to handle his Deer pretty well until he started lifting. He hit one of the levers a bit too hard, sent the combo flicking upwards, (slacked the chains) and swung the front of the tractor around a little, got the front wheels off the ground like a lowrider bouncing.

Reminded me of those Medieval catapults, trebuchet(?) you see on the Discovery Channel.

would have been really funny if it wasn't my tranny/TC:doh: :whoops:

I bet the new Kubota could flick trannies real good!!?;)
