Beginner in Burbank

Hey guys I recently picked up a 62 and am looking to get some dirt under my tires.
I'm pretty much a beginner and was wondering if I can find someone to tag along with on a not so crazy trail around SoCal.

Go to the clubhouse forum and look up the L.A. Trail crew. They are a local club. Not all of their runs are hard. And they're a fun group of guys to hang out with in general.
