This ain't no beer, but I saw it our local farmer's market and took the $6 gamble a couple weeks ago. Just found the pic on my phone and thought I'd share.

Tastes like German Glühwein, if you're into that kind of thing. I sipped it a few times over the holidays and forgot about it. Last week I notice the bottle had a healthy slug left in it and I decided to polish it off. It gave me a quick buzz, however I could tell that if I had downed any more, it would have been a helluva headache later. The back side of this label actually recommended mixing it with your favorite cola - that sounded horrible to me.

Damn hoppy 8.4

I had 2 good ones tonight on draft at Saltine; a pepper pale ale from Lazy Magnolia and a red IPA from Natchez Brewing. I love what MS breweries are doing.

If you come thru Huntsville, AL, it's turning into a brew town. 9 breweries open now.

Salty nut.... Nice!

One of the guys we hired last month is part owner of a micro brewery. Win for me...setup a regular delivery to the work fridge every Friday.

I hear a couple of you Cottonland guys won the beer from HOT South Cruisers at Mardi Krawl....let me know how you like em! Those beers were all made by local breweries here in North Alabama.
