I really need to get to a car wash! The problem is, there's so much on the roads that it won't go away now until the first major thunderstorm comes through and washes it all down the storm sewers.
It's pretty bad- check out those pics where you can see the mounting bolts, some are ALREADY rusting!

rust penetrant or even still back them off a bit and put anti-sieze on them.
