Beedon Sliders--Powdercoated and Installed

No sandblasting. They were phosphate washed prior to PC to remove any chemical impurities so the PC would stick like glue, but that was it. Jim prepped the welds with his grinder. For ARB gloss black, sandblasting may be desired for a really awesome mirror finish, but that is your call. The whole slider was like the close up picture shown. IMO, sandblasting is not necessary.
 
I am trying to find Jim an "example" fj62 so that he can design around the extra cat, if possible.
 
Just A Little Update...

groucho has brought this to my attention:
the fuel line spacers and bolts i thought were 6mm.WRONG! they must be 8mm.
i will verify this tonight and correct this asap.

I am warned. Will wait to install that side until new spacers are recieved. Good catch, Groucho!

Those rock sliders look amazing. The grey on the sliders compliments the grey of your truck very well.

How much did they cost?

My Beedon sliders are painted and installed. Holding off on the powder coating until I get the truck painted and the lower quarters Line-X'd. I'll post some pics in the next couple of days.
