Here is how I hope to solve cooling and damage issues. I still need to support the top, but I will figure that out once the motors in. It is an AFCO ($185, 2-1" cores, 26"x19") with a MKVIII fan. Hoping this will work for a mild 350 in the Florida heat.

I'm using an Ebay (I think it's AFCO) alum 22" X 19" special. I had to have an angled alum extender added to the top side. It didn't have a provision for a drain bung welded to the bottom. Hindsight I shoulda added one. It fit snugly in the stock (with some trimming) radiator support housing. I had to modify the shroud a little, but it looks *almost like a factory option. I was even able to reuse my old aux fan in the front, behind the grill, with a few angled tabs.

$265 (IIRC) for the one posted in the pic above. $185 if you opt for the 1 inch tubing rather than 1.25".

The $600-somenthing was for the BeCool. Should have been more specific.

The rondavisradiator.com # 1-4516402 is $487.

I like the $169 generic Summit with balance used to buy some creativity!

Bret, share some more pics with us when you get further along. I have my own booty-fab 2X4.

LC Hamma, have you considered moving those huge lights? They gottta be blocking some air flow to the core. Why did you need an aluminum/oversized radiator with a 2F?

I fogot to add, my radiator was around $170.
It was getting hot in the engine bay & I wanted to cool it down the best I could, so in went an oil cooler, p/s cooler, ceramic coated header & alum radiator. The lights & 8274 will restrict aiflow, but I'm thikin' with the aux fan, I'll be okay. Well see how it does on the trail.....
