My name is Ken and I was wondering if I could come to your meeting on 10/13.

Yes...stop on by we'd like to meet you and hear about your Land Cruiser(s) :D or other Toyota 4WD rig.

BTW: I'll be out chasing feathers...so another missed meeting for me.

As Spressomon said meetings are open to everyone who wants to attend, same goes for trail runs.

I'll be there tonight afterall...thanks to rain and Sieg's beat up feet

Got stuck changing an alternator belt on the craptacular neon instead of pizza and beer as God intended.

Unbelievable 5 hour job, no room for power tools.

Bonus, found two important bolts that were about to walk into the AC pulley.

I was suppose to head up to Wall canyon this morning for a few days of fly fishing and chukar hunting. My boss had an emergency so we couldn't go... This rain had me second guessing anyways.

Any luck so far since the season opened, Dan?

I had a blast camping and hunting. I did well by my standards anyway  so at least I have a few birds to eat ;). I was going to stay out all week but as it was my dog Sieg's feet, after 20+ miles of scouting and hunting, finally made him quit on me after Sunday's little stroll . And along with the weather forecast it was no place to be if it turned muddy . So I came home Monday afternoon.

I don't believe the NV DOW counts...they always seem to be skewed for getting everyone buzzed up and buying new: Rigs, campers, guns, motel rooms, etc. Which is actually good for you! But I think bird populations, based on what I saw over 6-days, are about the same or even possibly down a little over last year. But regardless I have fun being with my dog, out in God's country and getting plenty of exercise!
