X 2 on that...
Im lifted 3 inches, and 32's, but stock everywhere else, and I had a hell of a time getting up and over those rock garden inclines!
Ive only been wheeling since May, so my experience is lacking, definately, but I thought the hard sections....were just that....HARD!

I think I read your thread on that...it was only a few months back right?

Chicago,

You need sliders. That way you can move with more confidence....

yeah, it was only in july. it took some good driving, but it was no sweat. we did not even have to get out and spot more than twice. obviously he did not take the difficult lines, but it was good. i also must clarify that he did not cross the river because it rained on the way in and the river came up too much to cross.

ah so it was raining! and *hes* the one who tore up the trail!

;)

just kiddin!

but he went up it in the rain with all those rocks slick and the dust turning to mud?

now thats something i would like to witness.

anyway it just goes to show how little i evidently know about piloting my rig when the going gets rough.

mind you i made it down to the ramcharger and back out without messing anything up too bad but like i said it didnt seem like a walk in the park. i just need more experience i guess.

Here's what the river was like that day Spresso & I did the trail.
Carson River Crossing I can imagine what it would be like if it was raining. I took some good hits on the rear axle coming up the hill too. Guess it's 35's next time around.

I know, I know...theyre in the works.
Ive been learning how to weld, since I cant afford s*** for my rig right now...One of the things Im planning on are the sliders. FIRST THING is the SOA though!
Im trying to figure out the most COST EFFECTIVE means of doing all this stuff on a "poor dudes" buget, which means flying by the seat of my pants and doing ALL the work myself, even if im not comfortable doing it!:D
Ill be hooking it up with you guyz next year Alvaro...you just wait and see. AAAAAND, there will be no carnage to the all mighty BLOTCH RIG!!!
