Baja Road Trip

Driving from Colorado Springs to Loreto BCS. 1987 miles each way. I'll be gone a couple of weeks. Will post up when I get a chance.
Hopeful highlights include Desert Wildflowers, Blue Whales, Fishing for Yellowtail and all the fish tacos I want to eat.

I have a 4x4 GMC truck I'll be driving. Lots Better gas mileage than the 40.

Weather here in Baja is fine. 82 and sunny today. Went snorkeling and whale watching. Fishing tomorrow.

Seriously though, I'm very jealous. Good luck on the fishing trip. You guys going deep or staying near shore?

I made it back Monday afternoon. 42 hours of driving time with one stop took me a few days to recover. Had a great time. I'm ready to go back if anyone want to do a road trip.

Glad to hear you guys had such a good time. I never made it much farther down than Tijuana. Would LOVE to do a Baja trip one day.

If I ever win the Lottery, I'm doing the Baja 1000, maybe the CLC could be my support crew.
