While in between coats of paint on my bumper yesterday I installed my new Baja short rack. It took all of about 30 minutes and I was able to do it myself easily.

I really like it thus far (disclaimer, I have not actually driven the truck with it or put anything in it so...). It is quite solid, when I grab it and shake it moves the truck, I do not feel any give in the rack.

One of the corners had taken a hit at some point with the paint scrapped off and some rust showing. Since I was in painting mode anyway I just took care of it.

It came with directions, but they are not really needed. There is only one way it can go together.

The only thing I don't like is I think their logo looks stupid. I'll probably take the air dam off, paint it black, and find a land cruiser stencil or something.
