I got some body work done . I repaired 2 small cracks in the bed from where the tires stuff up in the fenders . I also removed the Hilux 4 x 4 badging from the front fenders . I fill the lower door holes that I want be using . My wife likes the look of the sanded out primer spots . Who knows I might leave a few of them . Here is a few pics of the progress .

I'm working on getting the frontend slop free . It needed new bushings in the shackles . They where loose as ,well you know what I'm saying . I also worked on the rear links . As the rearend had more swang than Sally from the Valley . If you get my point . My next project will be to get the rear shocks working better . I did a e-clip and pistion mod to the one on my K-5 Blazer and they work great .

This pic shows how bad the axle swang was .

This is after the work on the links .

I also stopped by the Junk Yard and found a good hood and cowl . The hood was from a red Yota the got hit hard in the rear . The green cowl was from a roll over . :P

I had a extra set of rc4wd 90mm coilover shocks in my box . The old tlt shocks would not hold oil anymore . So off with them and on with the news one . I pulled the springs off and added some 15wt oil .

www.scaletrailrunners.com has a gtg this Sunday @ Little Rock City so I will see how well they work.

Do you have a link to any more pics from the gtg? Looks like there are some killer rigs there.
