was looking at my truck recently, and saw that my pitman arm puts my draglink TRE right above the tie rod, see photo, myah.

i also noted where the draglink TRE had been hitting the tie rod.

and the money shot: TRE contacting the tie rod.

obviously, this is bad. my question is, could this be contributing to my death wobble?

nope, the first pic is normal ride height. here is where i was when i was flexed.

keep in mind that that is NOT full stuff, i am unable to articulate fully when not on a trail.

A shorter pitman arm may take care of it depending on how much shorter you need to go but your best bet would be to stuff that steering box all the way up into the radiator support. It may not be a bad idea to move that steering box a bit further forward anyway just in case you ever decide to move your axle a little further forward.

The quick and easy fix would be to extend your bump stop.... obviously it would limit articulation, but that would be the fast way to fix it.

As for the death wobble, have you checked you wheel bearings and knuckle bearings?
