Ok, Well I went wheelin the other day. It was blowing and snow drifts were all over the road. Came around the corner and hit a big drift and went into the ditch hitting my front right pretty hard. Everything seemed fine didn't make any noise and you can't see any damage. The truck ran great on the trail and the road no noise or anything until the way home. Then when I drive it, it clicks like crazy driving down the road and has a bunch of gear oil leakge. No vibration or pulling steering is fine. Any ideas? Could the leaking gear oil be washing away the grease on the birfeild making noise? Any help would good.

Were your hubs still locked when you got on the road? (Turning birfs clicking maybe?) If you had a inner seal fail, that might explain it, but that's usually a much longer process.... Maybe the impact and angle of being in the ditch flooded the birf?....

Sounds like it's time for a rebuild. There are several links in the FAQ in this section.

make sure the 4 upper and lower bolts on the knuckle are tourqed. i dont recall the spec.
loose bolts can make the noise.

the leak can be what Jerod suggested, or, the felt seal around the birfield joint can be leaking.

also there are plugs on the knuckle. make sure they are tight.
