So.... When I was at the dealer picking up the truck we were checking everything out and inadvertently ejected to nav disc. Now the disk won’t go back in. I’ve searched and evidently it’s common that one was it ejects it doesn’t want to go back in. I’ve read you can disassemble the player and manually put the disc back where it goes. I also read that sometimes if you disconnect the battery and let it sit the system will reach boot and the disc will go in.
Tried that. Didn’t work. Don’t really care about nav because I use my phone or tablet if I need nav. I may pull it apart and put the disc back in to see if that works just because I’m the type that doesn’t like it not working even though I don’t need it.

When I disconnected the battery it started coming up with this error. Now every time I back up or the park assist kicks on it goes back to the error screen and I have to hit the audio button to get back the stereo screen. Anyone know how to reset it ? Thanks

So this happened at the dealer and they don’t know how to fix it? Try another dealer.

It wasn’t a Toyota dealer. I accidentally ejected the disk there. Disconnected the battery at home later and started getting the error code.
Ah, I see. What year is the truck?

2008 The 200 you touch the 4 corners to eject it. I was hoping to be able to get the error to go away without a Nav disc.. The disc wont go in. I've read you can dismantle the player and manually put the disc in place just haven't had time to pull the whole glove box apart to do it.
