Hey guys, ive never taken the top off my 45. I wanna do it this week, but i am not sure what happens with the seat belts? The top mount is on the hardtop.

Ratchet straps? I only have lap belts in my 45 .

I'd say convert to lap belts for when the top is off. Most of us have the other issue.. lap belts only.

Any chance you can snap a pic of the lower mounting spot for the retraction part?

I believe the factory headache rack, which I am missing also, had a provision for bolting the upper seat belt mount to when the roof came off, could be totally out to lunch but that is what I think.

Headache rack was never used for seatbelts( wouldnt have been strong enough anyway) the holes in the rack are for a side railing option( extremely rare!) Been using a lap belt for twenty years!!
