The good, this thing has Everything. And it's followed us everywhere, it will do the same for you and carry your gear.

The bad, it's been used.. it hasn't been sitting in a showroom. There's brush marks and flaws. The front of the trailer has been dusted with road grit from washboards. There's a small dent in the drivers side storage box. This trailer is well seasoned.... not a pampered. However, that being said its ready to go still and keeps going. This trailer has been to Cabo, British Columbia and everywhere inbetween. Also it's been kept inside since i bought it several years ago.

You will need to supply your own hitch. Lock N Roll or Max-Coupler. Im taking my Lock N Roll with me. The LockNRoll is too scarce to find these days, so i rather not sell it.

Also you'll need a solar panel. Im taking mine with me to the new trailer as it has it's own solar controller.

Can deliver anywhere in SoCal with in reason.

Good luck with the sale. I took a deposit on mine today so hopefully I'll have a teardrop at the expo and hopefully you will also. We should camp together out there.

That was waaaaaaaaaay fast. Congrats!

Holy Shiat that was fast! When do we get to see the new addition to the family?

Yep, i don't screw around :D Im out of room here at the duo ranch so it will be a little bit till i bring it over here. For now its going to be at SoCal Teardrops shop so they can show customers what that model looks like. Also, it needs to go to Overland Expo to be in ARB's display.. so we'll be helping out with that. I should have it out at the Desert Rendezvous though.

x2 Congrats!

Absolutely! I don't hesitate.. had 2 people lined up with cash in hand. Just had to make i locked in the TD first before saying goodbye to the AT.

Dave, you gonna be able to bring the teardrop out to TDS, or no?
Scott
Don't know yet.. probably not. I think im going to stay in a hotel that weekend.

BTW - pics or it didn't happen! :flipoff2:

Pics of what? Damn thing was being towed by me for 4 days... i think thats proof enough. Its not hear so what am i supposed to take a photo of? Settle down Brent LOL :p

Scott... don't know how crazy i'll get.. i'll be working the booth man.

Dam Dave can you help me out? You sold your trailer for more then my 4Runner and did it in two days. Nice job, look forward to seeing this new setup in person.

Very nice Dave. Getting my trailer back w/lid this week. Yosh just fall in love with the more secure, quiet, less wind, etc. etc. of the inside of a solid side trailer? I certainly would!

Cool on the lid, i bet your excited.

Yeah, we go out all the time and we're getting tired of sleeping in a tent. I've wanted something hard shell but i dont want to sacrifice size and get rid of the 80 just yet. The tear is so dead quiet and warm that it was a no brainer. In fact, like my article said.. i didn't even know it was windy until i got out to take a leak in the middle of the night. That and its lighter than our horizon, pulls nicer with the newer suspension and it will also come with the new ARB fridge that's really efficient. They're adding a 20 gal water tank under the rear with a skid plate for me and a couple other things.. but other than that.. it should be perfect.

Nice on all the additions. Temp guage has died on my ARB. Need to call them to see if it's an easily replacable part at a reasonable price. Even in centigrade it was nice to have. Fridge still worked just fine this past weekend on Mojave - didn't need a fridge tho with all the snow.

See the Tepui Tent for sale add on Portal. His pics say it all here.

Totally looking forward to the lid. It's one of the reasons I didn't take the trailer this past weekend. Rain/snow forecast and fab guy had a last minute cancellation and had an opening to do the lid! Not excited about folding a wet tent! You won't have to worry about that any more!!!

Is the new ARB that much more efficient than the older models? We're going to buy a fridge in the next couple weeks and can't decide which one to get.

Hijack off.
