Well, the first thing broke on the Ol' 2H today. The power steering tensioner pully decided that both bearings had had 677,000kms of fxxxs to give.
So for now its a minor power boost on the engine, and a slightly dramatic change in steering feel..

Im on the lookout for anyone who's got a 60 series PS tensioner pulley willing to part with.

in the meantime, it looks like I got a free membership to the Landcruiser Gym!

John up at Radd got me a new one for my truck. I looked back through old emails, don't have the part
number any more. I don't think it was too expensive. That was 2 yrs ago.

Should be a bearing you could replace.

If it is just the bearing that is worn i would just knock the bearing out and replace it. There used to be a place in Victoria that could match up just about any bearing you brought in.

This is the upper pulley for the AC. Confirm with John the right part.
I think I paid less than this listed price from John at Radd The part number I used is in the listing below when you call. Around $35....

Got it all fixed! Western Equipment on Govenment Street hooked me right up, just took a couple measurements and pulled out 2 brand new sealed bearings!
