She has a very clean 1988 FJ62 that she is interested in selling but doesn't want the CL crowd parading by her house. She has owned it for a loooong time. She would want her baby not going to just anyone, so she found the group of "enthusiasts". I will say this vehicle looks in amazing shape for the higher miles on it. It appears to of been well loved and she states the transmission and transfer case were just recently rebuilt. She has a stack of invoices from the shop(s) that have been taking care of her vehicle.
From what I could see in the parking lot the engine seems oil leak free and clean, interior is amazing front to back. body is mostly dent free with a dent in the tailgate and rear bumper. Now, I didnt put it up on a lift, pull a carfax, or see her receipts. The only thing I saw was it looks like the front axle needs resealed. It has 290K miles on it but I would say it is one of the nicest kept 62s Ive seen in a while. The condition actually surprised me so I offered to post it up to help her hopefully make a connection with someone interested. I have no horse in this race, just helping a fellow Cruiser head. Here are some quick crappy cell pictures. Pm me if youd like her phone # or email and you and her can go from there....
