ARB giftcard

I was wondering if anyone here has ever used an ARB gift card.

For my birthday a friend got me one from the ARB website but after trying to redeem it it seems it cannot be used online?

I have never heard of them having gift cards, is the friend sure the site was ARB ? they have an ARB USA site and the main AU site. Were you trying to redeem on the correct site ? I was not able to find a gift card on the ARB USA site.
