What I’m looking for:

-Minimal rust
-Some mods OK (not looking for somebody’s built trail rig)
-250k miles or fewer preferred
-Locked or unlocked
-A driver (not a showroom/museum piece) paint imperfections and interior blemishes are fine. This will be hauling young children and a dog on weekend adventures.
-I do not have the budget for BaT or any other online auction. I’m looking to spend less than $15k

Would prefer to stick with Toyota but may entertain a Lexus.
