I have both driver and passenger-side seat belts taken from the 3rd row of my 2000 Land Cruiser. Fully functional I just no longer need them since no one rides back there. Comes with all 4 bolts, however, I recommend purchasing a new shoulder bolt for the drivers side belt as the threads seem to be torn up (bolt on far left). These were basically never used, I never had anyone sit in the 3rd row. These are typical $150-225/ea. $250 takes them both + shipping
