Hey Rob,
From what I can interpret it looks like the following events are in the area for the next few weeks.

April
21 Hoosier Cruisers at the Badlands
22 FJC and the Xterra’s at the Cliffs
28 MUD board at the Cliffs – still up in the air
27-29 Howiepalooza at Hannibal Rocks

May
12 MUD board and FJC at the Cliffs – tentative

Todd,
It looks like you could have a couple of helpers at your shop to help out with the pig. I could make it this Sunday if you like or the 28 if you only work on Saturdays at the shop.

28th I can do the 80 or maybe the pig if I can get some time on it this weekend.

The 12th looks like a FJC thing. I might bring all three to that one.

I would be down with a light duty run on the 28th at the cliffs if you want to bring the 80. Ricky might come anyway, and he is open on 32s. See if some of your students want to come, we can do 10 and 3 (or is it 7).

As for a cliffs run on the 12th the fjc team I will definatly be there!

Scott - Thanks for postin up the calendar. It's starting to make sense now. :D

I can do whatever, wheel or work in the shop. I've got the 28th free and I'm lookin into the 12th of May. If Todd needs help with the piggy in the shop, I for sure wouldn't mind helping him out since he spent several days welding sliders for us. So, Todd you name it and I'll be there.

WHAT!!! you bought a Tundra??

Just a little one

I'm looking at a shake down run on the 28th and the big FJC run on the 12th.

If these guys can take stock $30,000 FCJs out there and come back with hardly a scratch, you pansies in your soccer mom 80s can go. I'm gonna let my 16 yr old wheel the 80 by himself AFTER he flopped the pig the first time he drove that.

The wife is bringing her FJC, I'm bringing the War Pig and the boy in the 80, we'll have every damn vehicle I have a license plate on out there.

I don't think I'll take the Tundra out on the trail though.:o

Awesome I think I have more fun on the light runs, weird. Todd, with the misses and son driving what trails are we going to do?

I cant wait till the 12th, did the fjc team commit.

We will probably just meet at open (9am?) in the parking lot of the cliffs and air down etc...

On the 12th with the wife and son driving their own rigs, I suspect we'll do stuff that doesn't require body armor. Lots of the FJCs will be stock. I hope the owner will trail boss again.

On the 28th I'm testing on the pig so I'm good for whatever it'll hold up to.

Depends on the weather in both cases.

did you hear back from the fjc team? Are they in?

Great Ill start a thread on yotatech.

If you decide to work on your truck today after work let me know

Also I have about 30+ft of 1.5" .120 DOM, Plus I think there is still an 11ft stick at your shop. If you need to use it or cant get the tube in time let me know.

So who is going? Scott? Chitown 40? or just me and Gumby?

I talked to John tonight. It's been raining hard out here and the Cliffs does not drain well. you really need a good three days of dry out there or it's a sloppy mess.

So be forewarned. It's gonna be less like wheeling and more like battling a crap load of slippery, clay mud.

John and I are still going because I need to find where the pig is going to break before the 12th, but if you're trying to impress the :princess: with how fun wheeling is, she might not be too happy with the conditions.

Ok. Well, we'll have to think about that one then. She's already gone wheeling in at a moderately dry Tellico last month with me, but I'll have to ask her about how she feels about a thick gooey mudbath. I'll let you guys know tomorrow night if we'll still head out there.

With the weather and the goopy, slippery mud I will not make it to this trip. I was trying to get the wife to come with and see how much fun it is but I don't think this isn't the time to take her. I will be going to the May 12 event definitely rain or shine. She's even excited about that one. She really likes the FJC.
