I have answered my own question and thought Iwould share it here.
I found the company Jevic and emailed them at the following address
jevic@jevic.co.jp
I gave them a description of the car and the serial number and they got back to me and were able to verify the nileage on the truck. They could also give me an owner history for about $250 Canadian which I declined. but for them to verify the mileage it was free!!
Seems to be important to get mileage verified with these imports.
