Anyone used one of these camp ovens?

Use aluminum foil. I have used some heavy weight AL foil, but I think I'm out at this point.

For tape, muffler tape. The aluminum duct tape's adhesive can't handle high heat. Just furnace air temps.
 
Bit late to this thread but I have used my Coleman oven for years. Here are my tips:
Shield it from the wind and use foil to help stabilize the heat.
Make sure you have enough fuel in the tank to finish baking and start with it fully pumped up.
Center the oven over the RIGHT hand burner NOT the left!
Don't use the other burner while baking to get the most heat output.
The oven probe mentioned is exactly what I use to try to keep the heat stable.
Pre-heat the oven to the temp desired, quickly place the food inside then let it alone! Take a kitchen timer with you.
Don't open the door every 5 seconds.
Line the bottom with foil to keep spills from being such a pain to clean up.
