it sounds like a nice rig and one I am interested in if the price is not too obscene!

sounds like a really nice BJ60. Not 23K though but in the mid teens or so.

I paid 10k for my truck with minimal rust and 227k kms on it. And now I have had to spend another 10K getting nice.

So for 15-17k on a built up BJ60 I would consider it a good price.

I know that truck. It has been loved to death. The appraised value is probably pretty close imo due to all the add-ons and the care taken with it, and as always it is not even close to what he has likely into it.

One mans obscene is another mans deal.

That said I dunno what he will take for it, nor what he is asking. That will be between him and the buyer.

it's a nice Cruiser!
he lives around the corner from me

why would someone sell such a passion? I could not do that. I get too attached to my vehicles. I darn near cried when I HAD to sell my T100 I owned for over 8 years,...

i saw him at the cruiser show and shine last year , that is a flawless truck , going to the bank later to discuss personal loan , oh wifey gonna chop off body parts :D .

Speaking from personal experience...if you can get a seller like that at the right time and get his truck you may actually get a phenomenal deal...sometimes it's all about timing. But it sounds like an incredible buy.
