I ordered a Cruiser Company bumper from them on 5/12 and haven't heard a peep since - multiple emails, phone call...crickets. Has anyone ordered from them recently? Starting to wonder if I need to contact Amex to dispute the charge and find another supplier.
 
I spoke with Ward a few months ago and he said he wasn't running that place any longer. You may want to look for the phone of who's running it. It will be difficult to find another supplier. Order some time take months, as the items are ordered, then manufactured in Australia, then shipped on a container ship to usa, then go through customs, then trucker to their distribution center.
 
The website and receipt listed the bumper as on hand and ready to ship. I don’t mind waiting - just odd for total radio silence over several weeks. No response to emails, voicemail, and web support requests.

Currently the web site is showing no stock on hand for either version:

If you have a 2016+ LC200, some stock may be on hand 7/15/26.
