ANYONE making thick guage corners/bedsides smooth steel?

I made mine from 16ga also and hand bent using the tub rail as the guide. easy to do with a ratchet strap. Check out the full story with pics here.

pinion, looks good, what did you do with the inside wheel wells and floor?

I tacked the wheel wells back onto the new quarter panel along with the filler neck. The floor was cut out at the rear where the stamped portions end and a piece of flat steel was welded to a new rear sill and to the floor.

He had them in stock last time I spoke to him, 2 weeks ago. The corners aren't radius but it is hard to tell they are not. They 3/16" thick. If it is a trail truck it doesn't matter. If you want it to be a radius put diamond plate over it.

Contact Bud about shipping, they are heavy, and price. I haven't bought a pair but am considering them.

Were you planning these for corner protectors?

im trying to find some corner protection similiar to what poison spyder has for teeejays. it seems as thought the budbuilt replaces the fender im looking for something that goes over it any body have pics of this? either custom or production
