Anyone know what this part goes to? (1 Viewer)

I was cleaning out my 2021 200 and found this part in my glovebox. Does anyone know what this is and where it goes? I know it looks like it goes to the cup holder, but my holders are complete and not missing any parts (both front and back holders).
Any help is appreciated.

Looks kind of like a mount for a dealer alarm system,

Its a protector for the front seat wiring. It attaches on the side of the seat base nearest the console, halfway between the seat belt receptacle and the front of the seat. Mine has popped off before and I looked at the other side for a reference on how it attached. I believe I adjusted the seat up and forward to make enough room for my hand to reach down and reclip it.
