Does anyone have a 70 series hood rod and plastic clip kicking around? I am looking to swap one into my 80 as my hood shocks are done and it keeps hitting me in the head.

Getting new hydraulics is crazy expensive, in the multiple hundreds of dollars, a hood rod would be cheap and does not wear out 
Messaged you back, ill be out on the bike so wont make the cruiser run. Still got a couple more projects to finish up on the truck anyway which I hope to make progress on this evening

Morb might have 80 parts.
Seapotato might have one around or know of one.
You should be able to buy generic hydraulics to replace the platinum ones.

Nah thanks though, turns out actually some of the 80 series had hood rods and i was able to source on from cruise addiction... should be here in a few days... if you guys havn't used him I would highly recommend him I have add awesome service, way better than any service i get locally
