If any of you guys happen to be looking for a rock solid 40, this could be the one. I can't even believe he's selling. I've driven it, wrenched on it, ridden it all over Katemcy I and II, helped with the 3FE transplant...Tucker doesn't do anything second rate. I think it's underpriced at $8K, but he has his eye on a diesel powered pig and wants a quick sale.

I know several of you guys met my neighbor Kelly at Katemcy earlier this year--'77 Mustard 40. His wife decided that she "needed" a 40, and bought Tucker's truck yesterday. Amazing. Now it'll live 3 blocks away and still be in the hood.

Kelly's post to 40 tech:

"My wife heard that a friend was selling his 40 to rollback into a pig and started these off hand comments about buying it last week. Then it turned into a test drive and from there she waffled back and forth between sanity and the disease. I did my best to shut my mouth and stay out of the deal, all the while in complete amazement that it was getting this serious. Today she whipped out her check book and pushed the DD's to the driveway for good. I'm still in shock."

Saw a white 60 for sale on 49 South just below the Mendenhall exit. It was at a small car dealership with a few big trucks. Looked to have stock paint and suspension....couldn't stop or my 2 year old would have woken up....ill be going that route again this weekend if anybody is interested

Saw this truck on the way to USM game Saturday. It looks like the same truck that has been for sale over the years on 49. White in color with blue or stripe package on it.
Think the last time it was for sale it had engine work done on it.
Didn't stop yesterday to get any details...

I've seen that one north of Gulf Shores on Craigslist. It looks like a somewhat of a hack job. I don't think it had much of an interior and it just looked mediocre. Looked very rednecked....
