It looks kinda shady...

flexo-tubing appears to be held up from sagging by a yard stick or something, then attached to a piece of PVC. The top looks okay but the rest looks jerry-rigged.

Buy an ARB top piece and then do your own with cheap and sturdy pvc. Way better than some crappy tubing the guy found at a automotive store used for cold air intakes on imports.

Here is one out of exhaust tubing, went together pretty easy. It's a 40 but the same principle may apply to the 60's.
