heya all,
Is there any chance a volunteer could plese check if there are any spacing washers on the power-steering unit in-between the mounts and timing-case cover. There are two front mount and a rear mount. One of the front mounts strides the cover and case
We erred when we didnt card all the bolts from the timing-case cover. Project was to replace the rear timing-case/oil-pump body gasket. The manual reads 16 bolts in 4 different sizes, we had 6 sizes, we really should have carded them. Next time we are going to bag and tag every bolt.
It started for us first pop. Pre-bled the injectors thru' the glow plugs.
The injector pump comes out complete with adjusting plate, there was no post-assembly IP fiddling, at this stage.
many thanks for any help
