antenna relay bad...want to bypass for manual control

Hi I have modified my antenna relay box like in Dorz's post but my ariel is still going up and down with the ignition on/off. I did the manual control by cutting 14 but doesn't work manually off the button but can hear the relays clicking when the button is pushed but no movement. Any help for manual control of the original button?

Upon further investigation my antenna goes up and down without the stereo even connected. I need it to go down when parking at home as it hits overhanging bushes and bends the antenna.

For now just unplugged the antenna control box
