Another Windshield Wiper Fix Thread

Hello all,

I recently purchased a 1985 FJ60 project and the first thing on my list is to get her to pass NH DMV inspection. License plate lights, windshield wipers....I tear into the wipers and find the plastic grommet trashed. Do the Doorman fix and get everything back together and the wipers still don't work, the motor works fine but not wiper movement. I found that the arm that attaches to the motor has teeth that are worn down and the motor shaft just spins. Does anyone know where to buy a replacement?
On a related note, should I be able to move the wiper arms freely when the motor is detached?

Yes, with the motor detatched, the wipers should move. It's only the worm drive in the wiper motor which stops the wipers being able to move the motor shaft.
