Carfax does show a small damage to the front. I wish it gave me more details about it. Should I worry even though its clean title?

edit: as for the carfax, id check for frame damage/repair in the front. if it checks out fine (no bent/damage) , im ok with it.

Damage to the front left and right sounds a bit ominous, like possibly bad front end collision. Carfax has more info, where they got the report of damage, and if you are the buyer of the report they should provide that information to you. You can then get a copy of the accident report from the reporting authority - police, sheriff, insurance, etc. But if it's a nice truck it will very likely be sold before you can do this.
