Well, after looking at slee's design and several others on here. I decided to make my own. Keep in mind this was also my first welding project. I liked slee's design for adjustability for a larger tire (the slope would keep it centered in the back), but I didn't like bolting through the floor board. I also liked the simplicity of CID 96's carrier. This was the thread I based my design ideas from and thanks to Richj11 for donating a bracket from a 3rd row seat:

https://forum.ih8mud.com/80-series-tech/115193-slee-interior-tire-mount.html

But my main design was to incorporate the quick release mount of the 3rd row sets so I could either carry more people or a spare tire, and swap between them fairy quickly and easily. The seat bracket is rotated 90 degrees so the lower bar is just bolted to the bracket, so no stock parts are ruined. To unbolt the whole unit, just remove the top 2 screws, pivot down on the seat mount and then unlatch like a seat. :)

I still need to prime and spray paint it and insert the lug studs, but this is what I came up with for about $100 (not including welding supplies).

Oh yea, forgot to put the reason I needed the interior mount:
I have a Kaymar rear bumper without the swing out tire (it came with the truck when I bought it). Also, I don't like the swing outs since I'd have to move it out of the way each time to get in the back. The 285 Toyo MT doesn't fit underneath either since the Kaymar's hitch protrudes too far back and is in the way by about an inch. With a stock bumper and hitch it probably would fit underneath. So I was left with either inside or on the roof. I don't like being top heavy and the new tire won't get dirty this way Ih8mud :)

Love the quick release idea. I always love to see homemade ideas and products.

Well I thank you for posting your adjustable sleeve idea, that was pretty slick. Only thing is I forgot to put it on before I tack welded both ends on :doh: So I had to grind an end off and slip it on. Minor brain fart though.
My original plan was to make it look like an inverted V, but I found that only only needed one leg instead of 2. SO I originally had 7ft of the square tube

I had 4 studs and 4 lugnuts already and don't remember those prices, but, here is a pretty exact list of everything else I used:

Welding supply store:
Base= 20in. - 2x.120 square tube $ 12.96 ($6.4771/foot)
Diagonal= 32in. - 2x.120 square tube $ 17.28
Upper mount= 9in. - 2x1.5 x 1/8 angle $ 2.46
Mount sleeve= 3in. - 2.5x.18 square tube $ 10.77 / ft

Lowes:
Sleeve & seat mount screws= 4 - 61832 HXHD Stl Cap screw 3/8-16x3 $.72
Lock washers for seat mount= 2 - 63410 Lock Washers $.36
Large nuts for center axle= 2 - 137647 SSHexNut Stainless 3/4-10 $3.37
Center axle= 1 - 21289 All Thread Plated 3/4-10x Large screw $4.23
Tire mount plate= 1 - 0.25in. x 4in x 1ft. weld steel plate $9.46

Walmart:
Rustolem primer: $3.77
Rustolem gloss black enamel: $3.77

Total: $69.15 + tax = $75.23

Finished painting and mounting the tire. I think the hardest part was drilling the lug stud holes as I couldn't find a perfect match. So I had to keep enlarging a 1/2" hole until they were large enough to get a stud in, but not too big so the stud would be loose. The other issue was the center bore 1" hole, I killed a hole saw bit doing that and ended up drilling lots of tiny holes around the perimeter until it looked like swiss cheese.

I'll probably cut off the long screw thread, because its a pain to slide the tire all the way down that to the mount. Other than that, there are no rattles or squeaks yet so I'm pretty happy with it and the tire holds the hi-lift jack down to the floor.

The hatch doesn't hit it, and the middle row seats can recline some (since I did the pin removal mod) and that was another one of my goals.
