I bought a 1990 2wd, Xtra Cab, SR5, long bed with the 22RE and 5 speed manual transmission. Abandoned vehicle. I just hope to get it running and sell it.

I found just one chewed wire and I'm hoping someone has a schematic that can tell me what it's for.

It was coiled up and secured to the side of the battery tray so maybe not even used??

I stretched it out to see if anything is in reach that isn't plugged in. Nothing I can find.

Anyway here's a pic. This is after uncoiling it and removing the loom.

That's actually the first thing I checked. I unbolted it and pulled the bottle up to make sure. It has the wiring going to the pump on it now. The pump is rusted out but it's still got wires on it.

I guess I can stick my meter on it and hit the washer.

Thanks gnob.

The chewed wire looks to be light green with white stripe.

Here's another try. Question whether theres abs harness but...
I can rip this file for you tomorrow if you want

I think you nailed it gnob. This truck does NOT have ABS. The connector is dirty inside like it was not hooked up. The wire was coiled up and secured to the side of the battery tray area and looked factory. Not like some PO wrapped it up and ziptied it.

THANK YOU for taking the time to look it up. I appreciate it.

Hey gnob...or anyone with the EWD. I found two connectors that look like they should be plugged in to something. Something missing here?

The blue connector has pink with green stripe and white with black stripe.

The brown connector has white with black stripe and light green.

Just to keep this from being a dead end thread, here's what I found thanks to gnob. My truck isn't using these connectors. They all seem to be for ABS if I looked at the wiring diagrams correctly.
