The bezels wouldn't be too hard, but the big difference is the ratio in width between the grilles and light bezels from 60 to 80. I would love it if someone came up with a 1-piece grille and light bezel combo that would fit the 7" round military grade sealed LED bugeyes (similar to this ICON 40):
