Wanted Ambulance Door latch assembly for 78 FJ40

Looking for needle eye machine screw and bolt catch. Screw sheered off inside of bolt catch.

I don't know if you ever found one or not, but there is a dude that reproduced a couple of them the top and bottom. If you still need them let me know.

I am looking for the rod link upper and lower that goes from door latch to the center door lock! Any ideas where can I get this? For a 1982 Fj40!
