Does anyone have any idea what the amperage on this alternator is? Installing a vintage air conditioning system on my 69FJ requiring a minimum 50 amp output.

I assume you are asking about a 1969 FJ40.

Based upon your alternator's part number 27020-60033, its rating is 40 amps:

I own a 1969 and my amp meter only goes to 30 amps. Perhaps the alternator is 40 amp max. There was very little electronics to drive on the FJ40.
