Alternator / dash light issues

I recently replaced alternator in my HZJ105 , which is charging fine now . However the dash lights are glowing after engine start …
Was suggested to check for a break in the Sense wire ( from the 3 pin plug at rear of Alt ?) Any suggestions as to why I have this issue and how to rectify .

Inspect all battery and alternator connections.

Dash light means all the dash lights or just the battery charge light?
Check the voltage at the battery with a multimeter. Make sure it is above 12.6 V (13.5 to 14.2V is ideal)

History : New Denso Alternator DXA4048, charging nicely 14.2 V +- say 1 V , batteries and connections fine . Followed the wiring from the 3 pin plug on ALT back to connector under main battery ( RHD CAR] tested for continuity - Fine . Also made up new HD Batt+ Cable and fitted . DASH LIGHTS ; Battery lite , Airfilter , oil pressure , ABS etc glowing all the time [ after start up ] however the Glow Plug lite does go out, as it should after key ON .
Analogue gauges IE Battery Condition , water temp seem to work fine .... Wondering why the dash lites are NOT going out after start up ? Every thing else seems to be working correctly . TIA
