My alternator is overcharging charging at higher revs increases to around 15 volts. I decided to replace the alternator from CityRacer and a new Toyota volt regulator and I still have the over charging issue. I checked the wiring and they match the OEM diagrams. The battery is fully charged. Previously I had destroyed a battery because of this same issue. Cannot seem to figure out how to fix this. Any ideas?

Have you measured the voltage drop on the sensor wire?

Agreed; the only way to figure out what's going on is to measure the output at the leads.
