Playing devils advocate here, who knows why that bumper cover is all jacked up. That tacky front license plate could be covering damage where it hit something causing the panel gap and damage to the AC components.
Of course. Either way, there was a reason that the precious owner dumped it, likely for a loss.

Bumper misaligned due to winch. Leak in AC condenser due to winch. Grill mutilated for lights.

The question is…is there more issues to suspension? Previous owner dumped it for a loss I am sure. Why?

CCN may just have stopped detail examination of the truck bc he won’t work on it.

If a winch install is bad do you think the rest of the mods were done right?
Probably not. It really just depends on if anything was misrepresented and what the purchaser paid and his expectations. You take risk buying any used car, especially a modified one.

I bought my current 200 knowing it wouldn’t shift into 4lo and had a cheap bro-mod lift. I discovered it had wrong offset wheels and incorrectly installed spacers. (It’s really lucky the PO didn’t have a serious issue). None of that mattered to me because I paid a discounted price and I had plans to replace all that stuff anyway.

I'm with him on the SPC opinion. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
